I would like to advise caution when placing any order with SK.
At the end of July, I received the Cloudline V2.
There was a noticeable dent on the keyboard, so I contacted them about an exchange. However, since they had no stock available, they offered me either a refund of 50 AUD or a full return.
I chose to return the keyboard, as I wanted an A-grade unit.
However, they demanded that I cover the round-trip shipping cost, which exceeded 100 USD — despite the issue being due to their own QC oversight.
According to their response, the unit met their QC standard and was considered "spec-in."
To verify this, I reached out to JJW, the maker of the keyboard (Lead Vendor of the board), and he confirmed that based on the photo I provided, the unit could be considered A– or even B-grade.
In other words, SK is shipping out B-grade keyboards as if they are A-grade, and putting the burden of return shipping entirely on the customer — making it very difficult to return defective products.
It seems they were aware of the damage before shipping and are being dishonest with customers.
I strongly advise that anyone considering a purchase from SK be fully aware of this before placing an order.
